The Painting Procedure

We have the highest quality painting standards in Denver!

All Floor Surfaces will be covered with overlapping rubber-backed drop clothes. Any remaining furniture will be covered with either plastic or drop clothes.

All Baseboards will be taped with 1.5" standard masking tape attached to 6” brown making paper. This allows for good overlap between the wall and the drop clothes. All baseboards will be caulked with Benjamin Moore’s 40 year acrylic caulk to fill any voids and insure a straight line.

All Walls and Ceilings will be brushed and rolled to Benjamin Moore's application standards. We will only patch any holes smaller than a dime.  Anything larger needs to be patched by a drywall professional. Please have this completed prior to our arrival. Unless specified, all walls, except in bathrooms, will receive an eggshell finish and all ceilings will receive a flat finish. Bathrooms will receive an eggshell finish on all walls and ceilings. After painting is complete, all areas will be cleaned. Our team will bundle all trash, but it will be the responsibility of the homeowner to to dispose.  Our team will ask where it can be stored until your designated trash day.  We will leave the homeowner with any remaining paint from the project (to be used for any future touch-ups).
