So what's the catch?!  Everyone wants to know how in the world can we do this, and what does that include.  So here it is:

• Includes painting 3 room that are a maximum size of 10 feet by 12 feet, with an 8 foot ceiling
• The rooms need to be empty
• Price does include one coat of Benjamin Moore SuperSpec paint on the walls only

This is not a discounted price either.  This is our every day low, low price.  Wow, now I sound like a tire commercial.  But it is true.  Each room is priced at $102 each, but you receive a 10% discount at three rooms, which brings your cost down to $275.  If you have bathrooms, it could be even less!   

I know, this might not fit the rooms you need, but I encourage you to play with the online estimator and see what your rooms would cost.  If you need a little more help, we would love to come out and help you estimate your project.  I will be honest, most contractors don't like to do "small" jobs, but we welcome all projects.  But the great thing is, the more rooms you have us paint, the bigger the discount.  10% at THREE rooms, 15% at FIVE rooms, and 20% off on SEVEN rooms or more...and that is off the entire project.
